Can I return defective product?

Yes, within 8 days of purchase according to our Shipping & Returns Policies

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information by the end of the business day. You can also contact our Customer Service team for the shipment information.

How do you accept payment?

We use the paypal platform for your comfort and security, you can pay with your preferred cards, and your money will be insured.

do leather items have a guarantee?

Yes, if your item is defective in sewing, or that you see that it is not safe, you can return it

do you ship free?

We only do free delivery in the United States of America, for Europe, Latin America has an additional cost.

Can you buy items in bulk?

Yes, and for that we have special prices for resellers, contact us for more information.

Terms for Returns

We offer a 8-day warranty on all of our products. We understand that returns are sometimes a necessary process when products are purchased online. With this understanding, we are happy to provide our customers with a Satisfaction Guarantee on our entire line of products.

Defective Items:
If you or your customer received a defective item, you may return it within 8 days from receipt of delivery. You will need to contact our Customer Service department at info@pointgleatherofficial.com. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, order number and explain the defect on the item. If the defect is visible we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us.

If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of defect.

Unwanted Items:
If you or your customers are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 8 days of receipt of delivery. Note: Our Customer Service Representatives will provide a store credit for the price paid for the product minus a 20% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at info@pointgleatherofficial.com. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, and order number. Our Customer Service department will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item. All returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
